Telecommuting Requirements

Position Available

We are currently only hiring independent telecommuting sales reps from home You must be the type of person that is a good listener, non-judgmental, be able to speak English clearly, be friendly, creative in the sense that you can put together products , packages or services based on the client’s needs also always remember that the client is depending on you to offer them the product ,package or service with the best value .You may take receive some calls where you have to do all of the talking and others that may require you to be more of a listener. You must be outgoing as well as confident when it comes to leading the conversation. Recognize when it is time to move on to the next call. If a contact is expressly not interested in what you have to say, then politely end the call and move on to the next call. Remember that some (or many) of the people you may take or receive calls from may not be not be receptive to your offer. It’s not unusual for even a good marketer to be rejected by several potential customers in a row before reaching 1 interested customer. If you are unsure on how not to take rejections personally and you don’t see them as opportunities to develop your marketing skills and are not resilient and know that marketing any product, package or service is numbers game, and that it takes time and persistence to develop good marketing skills and committing to making a certain number of calls each day and see those calls through otherwise this type of work will not be suited for you.

Customer service skills are an important tool with any sales opportunity. A great sales rep treats their customer like the most important person in the world and will be successful and there customer list will quickly expand. In other words repeat customers are very important since you are paid on your re-orders.

A good sales rep is understanding, nonjudgmental and eager to serve the customers’ needs. You need to be Friendly, Self-confident and outgoing, and creative and have an active imagination and great listening and communication skills. One thing that we also emphasize is that we are not necessarily concerned about the amount of time you spend with the customer we are concerned that the customer is happy. You will have some clients that may order products, packages or services in 10 minutes while others may want to talk for hours. If you try to rush the customer or talk for a long time he or she may get frustrated and simply change their mind or offer to call you back. The more experience you have the easier it is to pick up on cues when the customer is interested, satisfied or happy.
